Teaching Personnel are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and resilient Pastoral Lead to join a warm, community-focused primary school in the heart of Aintree. Responsibilities
- Providing daily emotional and pastoral support to pupils across school
- Leading on attendance, behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and early intervention
- Managing behaviour plans, pastoral records, and individual support strategies
- Coordinating with external professionals (e.g., Early Help, CAMHS, social care)
- Supporting children with SEMH needs, trauma, attachment challenges, or additional vulnerabilities
- Leading small groups or 1:1 sessions focused on wellbeing, resilience, and self-regulation
- Being a visible, trusted presence for children throughout the school day
