Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their daily lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Team Member to join a welcoming school in Northampton on a full-time, immediate-start.

The Role - As a pastoral team member, you will play a vital role in supporting students' well-being, behaviour, and personal development. Working closely with teaching staff and senior leadership, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Pastoral support to students across the school.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Support behaviour management and emotional well-being strategies.
  • Assist with safeguarding and student welfare concerns.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

  • Have experience working with young people (school-based or similar settings).
