The Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised School Administrative Assistant to provide part-time support in a busy Warrington primary school. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while offering excellent service to pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle calls and emails with professionalism.
- Carry out general admin tasks such as data entry, record keeping and document preparation.
- Keep pupil records and attendance information accurate and up to date.
- Assist the leadership team with meetings, school events and diary management.
Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).
- Previous admin experience—school or education setting preferred.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
