You\'ll join one of our Bournemouth schools as a full-time Cover Supervisor, building classroom confidence while working alongside experienced teachers.
During your first year you\'ll
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Gain hands-on classroom experience every day.
- Attend regular professional training.
- Receive dedicated support from an experienced mentor.
- Develop the skills needed for teacher training.
- Year 2 – Trainee Teacher
Progress into your Initial Teacher Training while continuing to receive financial support.
By the end of the programme you\'ll achieve
- PGCE
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong foundation for a successful teaching career
Qualifications & Requirements
- A UK bachelor\'s degree (or recognised international equivalent).
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
- Primary applicants also require GCSE Science at Grade C/4 or above.
If you\'re missing GCSE qualifications, equivalency testing and Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses may be available.

. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK for a minimum of two years.
