We're committed to not only increasing the number of graduates entering the teaching profession but also ensuring their successful retention during and after their training year!\\n\\nWhat Does Future Teachers Offer?\\n\\nAs part of the Future Teachers program, you'll embark on a 12-month position where you'll gain essential skills needed for a teaching career. Following the first year, we will support you as you apply for initial teacher training through a SCITT programme, often working in the same school or MAT group.
