Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want a rewarding role where your support can make a genuine difference every day? We’re looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools in Oxfordshire. You’ll work alongside teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to:
- Build confidence and independence
- Access learning and overcome barriers
- Develop communication and social skills
- Manage behaviour and emotional needs

We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Previous SEN experience – essential
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
