Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Wokingham & Oxford. We are currently recruiting for:
- Teaching Assistants (TA)
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed
Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available
About the Schools & Students:
You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and associated behavioural needs
- Sensory processing difficulties

About You:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential. No prior SEN experience?
