We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team, with the opportunity to take on Deputy responsibilities. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the nursery while helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general nursery duties, including planning and delivering engaging activities, supervising playtimes, and providing high-quality pastoral care.
- Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are consistently upheld and followed at all times.
- Act as a Key Worker for a group of children, completing observations, assessments, and maintaining learning journeys.
- Work effectively as part of a team, ensuring staff-to-child ratios are maintained at all times.
- Support the Supervisor in a Deputy capacity, assisting with administrative tasks, data collection, and assessments as required.
