We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team, with the potential to take on Deputy responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of the nursery and helping to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day nursery duties, including planning and delivering engaging activities, supervising play, and providing high-quality pastoral care.
- Ensure all safeguarding and child protection policies are fully adhered to at all times.
- Act as a Key Worker for a group of children, completing observations, assessments, and maintaining accurate learning journeys.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure staff-to-child ratios are consistently met.
- Support the Supervisor in a Deputy capacity, assisting with administrative tasks, data collection, and assessments as required.
Qualifications
