Salary: £95–£105 per day, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, term time only
Your Role
As a Classroom Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
- Supporting children with additional learning needs, including SEND.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils' social and emotional development where required.
- Following school safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety procedures.

Previous experience in a school, childcare, youth work, SEND or support setting would be advantageous, although enthusiasm, the right attitude and transferable experience will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
