We are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing nursery provision attached to a successful mainstream primary school in Ormskirk. This role is offered on a temp to perm basis, providing an excellent opportunity for long‑term career development within a supportive Early Years environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to helping children build strong foundations during their earliest stages of learning. While a Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, it is not essential—experience, enthusiasm, and a positive, child‑centred approach are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children aged 3–5 in their learning, play, and personal development.
  • Assisting the class teacher and wider EYFS team with daily activities and routines.
