We are recruiting for a full-time Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor to support within a specialist school setting in Oldham. This role is ideal for someone from a coaching, fitness or youth work background looking to transition into education. You will support pupils with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation through structured activity and positive relationship-building.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Delivering structured activities and engagement sessions
- Supporting behaviour management strategies
- Acting as a positive role model
- Supporting classroom learning where required
- Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
