Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school in the OL1 area that are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Phonics Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. The successful candidate will support pupils in developing early reading and phonics skills through small group interventions and classroom support, working closely with teachers and the English lead to help children build confidence and make strong progress.
