Temporary SEN Teaching Assistant Full-Time | Cranborne

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Temporary SEN Teaching Assistant to work within an SEMH school supporting secondary-aged pupils. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and gaining further experience within specialist education.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with additional needs throughout the school day
  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people preferred
  • SEN/SEMH experience advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Driver essential due to location
