What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils in KS1 or KS2 classrooms—either within small groups or on 1:1 SEN support
- Helping teachers deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities
- Assisting with classroom management and prep duties
- Helping students achieve their learning and personal development goals
- Promoting inclusion and supporting pupils with additional needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with primary‑age children in either mainstream or SEN settings
- DBS certificate or willing to apply one through Teaching Personnel
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
- A proactive, nurturing, and team‑oriented mindset
