We’re looking for kind, committed, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Redhill. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
  • Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Support the implementation of IEPs and behaviour strategies
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting preferred)
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • SEN or education-related qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
