We are working in partnership with a wide network of secondary schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, we are recruiting qualified Core Subject Teachers specialising in Maths, English and Science for a variety of roles. Whether you are looking for flexible supply work, a long-term placement, or a permanent teaching position, we can match you with opportunities that suit your experience, preferences and career goals.
As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons within your subject specialism, maintaining strong classroom practice, and supporting pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum. Roles are available across various Secondary schools KS3‑KS5 (depending on experience and subject) including day‑to‑day supply, long‑term cover and permanent contracts.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑led lessons
- Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners, including SEND and EAL
- Uphold school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
- Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK qualification
- Specialism in Maths, English or Science (other subjects welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching in UK schools (ECTs/NQTs encouraged to apply)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and professionalism
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
