Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across Norwich.
You'll play an important role in helping students engage with their learning and supporting teachers in creating positive classroom environments.
The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work across different schools, providing classroom support on a day-to-day or longer-term basis.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity to build experience and develop your skills in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with classroom activities and learning tasks.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Encourage student participation and positive behaviour.
- Provide additional support to pupils who may need extra help.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
