Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Various school settings
Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day
Hours: School hours (term time)
Travel: You must be able to travel to different school locations across Northamptonshire
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom—both 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping children stay engaged, confident, and motivated
- Working alongside friendly teachers and staff
- Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive learning environment
- Being a calm, encouraging presence throughout the school day
What we’re looking for:
- Someone caring, energetic, and reliable
- Experience working with children (school experience is a bonus!)
- Confidence supporting different learning needs
- Ability to travel to schools as required
- A great sense of humour and a can-do attitude
