Do you love working with children and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team!

Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Various school settings

Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day

Hours: School hours (term time)

Travel: You must be able to travel to different school locations across Northamptonshire

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom—both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping children stay engaged, confident, and motivated
  • Working alongside friendly teachers and staff
  • Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive learning environment
  • Being a calm, encouraging presence throughout the school day

  • Someone caring, energetic, and reliable
  • Experience working with children (school experience is a bonus!)
  • Confidence supporting different learning needs
  • Ability to travel to schools as required
