SEMH & SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary Alternative Provision in Northampton. £90 - £130 per day (Dependent on Experience). Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity. Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle Required. Start Date: Immediate.

We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Northampton. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
  • Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
