We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years / Nursery Assistant to support young children in a warm, welcoming and inclusive nursery setting. The role is also open to experienced TAs who have worked in the EYFS. You will be encouraged to support little ones learn through play, building their confidence and also reaching key milestones.
Your day will include:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 through the use of the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging social, emotional and physical development
- Building routines and smooth transitions for key milestones
- Working closely with other nursery staff, room leaders and parents
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in the EYFS setting
- A strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for early childhood development
