Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make an impact? A school based in NN1 with multiple sites over Northamptonshire is excited to introduce a new HR Manager position, offering the opportunity to shape and support HR practice across our growing Academy.
About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring effective HR communication across the Academy and with external partners. You’ll provide trusted support to staff and leaders, help maintain high-quality HR processes, and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll cover during school holiday periods. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong relationships, and supporting multiple teams across different locations.
Key Information
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Working pattern: 42 weeks per year
- Flexibility: Required, including directed days to support payroll during school holidays
- Salary: Grade H, points 14–21 (£29,540–£33,143)
- Location: Based at the County Office, with occasional travel between the Academy’s seven school sites; full driver's license is essential
