Teaching Personnel is working with a school in Northampton to recruit a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role, available for an immediate start.
The Role
- Delivering lessons and cover in the absence of teachers
- Supporting pupils individually and in small groups
- Assisting with planning, assessment, and classroom resources
