A highly successful Secondary School located in Southampton, Hampshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Substitute Teacher to join their team!

The Role
As a substitute teacher, you will be responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will also be expected to follow the schoolās behaviour and safeguarding policies, collect completed work at the end of lessons, and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
Those working as substitute teachers with Teaching Personnel benefit from a flexible working schedule, with both pre-booked and short-notice opportunities available. Weekly pay is processed every Friday through PAYE, and you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated personal consultant.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
