£95 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom.
  • Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support.
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Encouraging student engagement and participation in learning.
  • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have previous experience working with children or young people.
  • Be patient, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting young people in education.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, or in a similar role would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a strong desire to work within education.
