We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable English & Maths Tutor to support learners in the NE65 area of Northumberland.

You will deliver tailored tuition that helps students build confidence, strengthen core skills, and reach their learning goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English and Maths tuition on a one-to-one basis.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet each learner's individual needs and learning style.
• Build students' confidence and encourage independent learning.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate session records.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring English and Maths.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, patient, and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
