SEMH Teaching Assistant – Norwich

We’re seeking resilient, self-assured SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs in specialist schools across Norwich and the northern outskirts of the city. Working with young people from Year 1 to Year 11, you’ll play a vital part in delivering personalised education programmes outside of mainstream settings. Every day, you’ll help create the structure, consistency, and encouragement they need to succeed — both academically and personally.
