We’re currently recruiting motivated and adaptable individuals to join us as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting a range of schools across Thetford and Bury St. This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.
The Role
- You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs.
- Supporting pupils during lessons to help them stay focused and engaged.
- Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress.
This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll directly contribute to pupils’ development and success.
Flexible and open to working across different school settings. Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is beneficial, but not essential.

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as you may need to travel between schools at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
