We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant in Norwich to join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You’ll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.

  • Monitor progress and liaise with staff and SEN coordinators
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards)
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
