Are you passionate about supporting young children and making a real difference to their development? We are currently looking for a dedicated and caring EYFS 1:1 Support Assistant to work closely with a child with high needs in a welcoming early years setting in Newton Aycliffe.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Role:
You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child, helping them to access learning, develop their communication and social skills, and feel safe, settled and included within the setting. You will work closely with the EYFS team and other professionals to support the child's individual needs and development.
We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children within EYFS or early years settings
- Experience supporting children with additional or high needs is desirable
- A patient, nurturing and understanding approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with children
- Someone who is reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting children's development
