Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Newport, helping students achieve their full potential while giving you the chance to develop the skills employers and teacher training providers are looking for. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
- Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities
- Helping students build confidence and overcome barriers to learning
- Supporting pupils with ALN, SEMH and behavioural needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Becoming a positive role model for young people throughout the school day
