Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming secondary school in Newport that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 throughout the next academic year. What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Supporting a student who lacks confidence in the classroom
- Helping pupils with additional learning needs access lesson content
- Encouraging engagement and participation during lessons

- Supporting small group intervention sessions
- Building positive relationships with young people who need an extra role model in school
