About the Role

You’ll be joining a friendly school community where no two days are the same. From greeting visitors and supporting attendance processes to helping manage school communications and general administration, you’ll be at the centre of the school’s day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the school office and leadership team
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Welcome visitors, staff, students, and parents to the school
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance data
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general office organisation
  • Support with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school communications

The Ideal candidate

The school is looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable working under pressure and prioritising tasks
  • Experienced in administration or receptionist duties

Requirements

The ideal candidate will also require the following or already hold & willing to apply for:

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Education Workforce Regulation registration (EWC)
  • Aged 18 and over
  • Level 2 Safeguarding Course as part of your onboarding with us
  • A Minimum of 2 professional based references which cover a 24-month period of employment (or equivalent)
