Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Nurse looking for your next rewarding role? Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a full-time Level 3 qualified practitioner for the Nursery Team in Cardiff.

You will be responsible for children from six months to four years, working under the Nursery Manager. You must have an appropriate Early Years or Child Care qualification equivalent to Level 3, and experience working with children from six months to four years. You should be friendly, adaptable, flexible, well organized and confident in dealing with parents, staff and pupils.

The Role

You will support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and develop independently.

  • Assist in creating a stimulating and attractive environment for the children

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development (CCPLD) or Early Years Practitioner Status (Level 2 will be considered for some placements)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential
