What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students in lessons on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping pupils build confidence and overcome barriers to learning
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating student success
- Becoming a trusted adult who motivates, inspires, and supports young people

- Sports Coaching
- Care or Support Work
- Residential Childcare
- Mentoring
- Psychology or Education

Educator Requirements
The ideal candidate will also require the following or already hold & willing to apply for: (We can help you obtain the below as part of the registration process)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Education Workforce Regulation Registration (EWC)
- Age 18 and over
- Level 2 Safeguarding Course as part of your onboarding with us
- A Minimum of 2 professional based references which cover a 24-month period of employment (or equivalent)
