As a KS3 Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Develop and implement personalised learning approaches that support individual pupil outcomes.
- Foster communication, emotional regulation, social development, and independence.
- Monitor progress and celebrate achievement in all its forms.
- Support pupils with their personal development and wellbeing needs.
- Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and pupil reviews where appropriate.
As part of this role, there may be occasions where you are required to support pupils with elements of personal care, always maintaining dignity, respect, and promoting independence wherever possible.
Full training and support will be provided.
