Teaching Personnel are recruiting Behaviour Mentors / Learning Support Assistants to support a primary pupil in the NP20 area with ADHD and behavioural needs.
The role is based in local primary schools with 1:1 support, focused on self-regulation and engagement.
You will work closely with classroom teachers, SENCo, and parents, following individual plans, using de-escalation strategies, and contributing to a calm, structured learning environment.
