The Role
You'll work with pupils aged 5-16 who thrive with structure, consistency, and positive role models. Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering and adapting engaging lessons to meet diverse SEMH needs
- Building strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation
- Using behaviour and de-escalation strategies to create a calm, focused environment
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to re-engage learners
- Collaborating with pastoral teams, SEN specialists, and behaviour mentors

Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- A final-year teaching student or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
