- Build positive relationships with students, promoting confidence, wellbeing, and academic progress.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive school environment.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
