The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with potential for KS5)
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Contributing to the wider school community and department development

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
- Experience teaching Humanities subjects in a secondary school setting
