Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate learners
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can succeed
- Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Track student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, classroom management, and safeguarding
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support students' personal development
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards achieving QTS
- A bachelor's degree in your specialist subject area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
