Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions in person or online
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
- Plan sessions tailored to individual learning goals
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Track progress and provide session feedback
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong knowledge of core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science preferred)
- Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Teaching qualification or tutoring experience desirable but not essential
