Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in Newbury! Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Newbury.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Teaching Assistants (TA)
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
- Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)

About the Schools & Students
You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and associated behavioural needs
- Sensory processing difficulties

About You
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

- Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified - experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential. No prior SEN experience? Don’t worry - if you’re committed and eager to learn, we’ll provide training and guidance to help you succeed.
