Music Teacher Position in Leeds
Teaching Personnel is working closely with several Secondary Schools in West Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a Fully Qualified Music Teacher to work in an Ofsted-rated \’Good\’ School in Leeds. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role.
Main Duties:
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Discuss students\’ progress with parents and carers
- Organise study trips, social activities, and lead school musical shows and events
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
- Hold a QTS relevant to Music or have experience teaching Music
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or be willing to apply for one
- Have a child-enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
- Minimum of three months UK residency
- We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
- References covering the last 24 months of employment must be available upon request
