We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join a supportive college provision in the NN3 area from September on a full-time, permanent basis. This rewarding role involves supporting college-age students with a range of practical and functional learning activities, helping them develop independence, confidence and life skills in a safe and engaging environment.
The Role
You will work alongside teaching staff to support students during both classroom-based and practical sessions, including:
- Functional Skills
- Cooking and life skills
- Equine activities
- Floristry
- Outdoor and vocational learning
You will help students remain engaged, encourage participation and provide tailored support based on individual needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with young people or adults with additional needs is highly desirable.
- A patient, positive and proactive attitude.

- A full UK driving licence is ideal.
