The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience of teaching within Key Stage 2
- Have high expectations of learning, behaviour and achievement
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and challenging lessons
- Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
- Have a strong and secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and KS2 SATs
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
