Cover Supervisor - Northamptonshire Secondary Schools

Looking to gain valuable classroom experience before starting teacher training?

We are recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Northamptonshire from September 2026.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in maintaining a positive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills, build confidence, and gain first‑hand experience in secondary education.

No previous teaching experience is required.

We provide full training and ongoing support, making this an ideal role for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to explore a future in teaching.

The role includes

  • Supervising classes across a range of secondary school subjects.
