Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant, SEN Sports Coach, or Healthcare Assistant, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
- You’ll be caring, reliable, and proactive, with a genuine interest in helping children reach their full potential.
- Level 2 Certificate in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous experience supporting children in an educational or childcare setting
- Basic First Aid certification
Your Role Will Include
- Delivering engaging one-to-one and small group sessions
- Supporting class teachers to ensure SEN pupils are fully included and progressing well
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour in pupils
- Supervising pupils during break and lunchtime as required
- Building strong, positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents/carers to ensure excellent communication
