About You

  • You’ll be caring, reliable, and proactive, with a genuine interest in helping children reach their full potential.
  • Level 2 Certificate in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Previous experience supporting children in an educational or childcare setting
  • Basic First Aid certification

Your Role Will Include

  • Delivering engaging one-to-one and small group sessions
  • Supporting class teachers to ensure SEN pupils are fully included and progressing well
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour in pupils
  • Supervising pupils during break and lunchtime as required
  • Building strong, positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents/carers to ensure excellent communication
