A warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in the Morecambe area is seeking a dedicated Phonics Interventions Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and lower KS2. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early literacy and confident delivering structured phonics support to help children build essential reading skills. You’ll work with small groups and 1:1 learners, delivering targeted interventions using programmes such as Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, or similar schemes. With over 30 languages spoken across the school, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a meaningful impact—especially for pupils with EAL or early communication needs.
