Teaching Personnel is recruiting Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to work across a range of nurseries and primary schools in Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding areas. We are looking for passionate and reliable individuals who are committed to supporting children’s early development and education. Whether you are experienced or looking to build your career within education, we have opportunities to suit your needs.
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and social skills
- Assisting teachers and nursery staff with daily classroom activities
- Delivering one-to-one and small group support
- Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare or education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent – desirable)
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or school setting
- A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
